A Cocktail Collab That’s Perfectly Peachy!

Spring has finally arrived here in Portland so we have teamed up with our friends over at Wild Roots Spirits to bring you the perfect peachy cocktail to enjoy with the sunshine. This delicious spring cocktail is guaranteed to be a hit at your upcoming Mother’s Day brunch, a star at that picnic with your friends and a winner at the backyard BBQ! 

This peach-mango cocktail begins with the wonderful taste of Wild Roots Peach Infused Vodka. Each bottle of their Peach Vodka is infused with over a pound of real fruit, which exudes the aroma and taste of a fresh, juicy, ripe peach. Our seasonal Mango Mimosa cider enhances the Peach Vodka by adding unmistakeable hints of mango and bright citrus. A refreshing sea breeze in a can, this Mango Mimosa cider is the cherry on top.

For some extra flair, rim the glass with sugar and garnish with a slice of fresh peach.


Peach Mango Mimosa

Over a glass of ice, pour:

  • 1.5 oz Wild Roots Peach Infused Vodka

  • 6 oz Portland Cider Co. Mango Mimosa Cider

Stir gently and serve!
