Bubbly Brut Cidermosa

What’s better than a simple glass of OJ in the morning? A large glass of Bubbly Brut Mimosa! This easy two-ingredient recipe is fun to experiment with different juices and ciders. We have offered you a classic blend of our champagne-style dry cider Bubbly Brut with a splash of orange juice. But don’t be shy, make your own combo at home using any of our ciders and your favorite juice!

INGREDIENTS:

19.2 can of BUBBLY BRUT

1/2 cup orange juice

We’ve heard that a classic mimosa recipe calls for equal parts of sparkling wine to orange juice but we like to say the more cider the better! We simply fill our glass to our liking and add a splash of juice. We suggest your pour the Bubbly Brut in the glass and then top with orange juice. The juice will mix on its own so no need to stir!

Cidermosa variations

The combination of orange juice and Bubbly Brut is amazing, but there are lots of variations for cidermosas! Here are a few of our pub favorites:

  • Sorta Sweet and Pineapple juice

  • Peach Berry and Orange juice

  • Perfect 10 and cranberry juice

    plus for something extra add chopped fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, and orange slices!
