Cherub's Cup Cider Cocktail

To celebrate the release of our Straw-Perry seasonal cider, we created this fabulous cider cocktail that highlights the key ingredient - strawberries!

Cherub's Cup

- 1 part St-Germain
- 2 parts Vodka
- 5 drops of Lime Bitters from The Bitter Housewife
- 1/2 part fresh lemon juice
- 1 part muddled strawberry
- 4 parts Straw-Perry cider from Portland Cider Co.

Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with 4 parts Straw-Perry cider from Portland Cider Co. (or Pearfect Perry once we sell out!). Garnish with strawberry.
