Hopinator Cider Cocktail

The juniper from New Deal's classic #33 Gin pairs beautifully with our CitraTM hopped cider Hop' Rageous, creating this invigorating cocktail that will prepare you for anything!

Hopinator

- 1.5 oz New Deal Distillery #33 Gin
- 1/2 oz Raft Lemon Ginger Syrup
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 10 dashes Grapefruit bitters from The Bitter Housewife
- 4 oz Portland Cider Hop' Rageous
- 2-3 slices fresh cucumber for garnish

Fill a collins glass or tumbler with ice, measure all ingredients into glass, stir and garnish with cucumber.
