Mango-Peach Heat Cider Cocktail

Turn up the heat this Valentine’s Day with our Mango-Peach Heat cider cocktail! This fiery delight is the love child of PDX pals Portland Cider, Wild Roots Spirits and Portland Syrups. The cocktail features our Mango Mimosa cider, giving all the delicious hints of Northwest apples, mango and bright citrus. Packing the hot punch is Portland Syrups’ Mango Habanero, rounded out with notes of lemon-lime and bergamot orange. Wild Roots Spirits’ Peach Infused Vodka contributes just the right amount of sweet, juicy, ripe peach.

Mango-Peach Heat

Ingredients

.5 oz Portland Syrups Mango Habanero

1.5 oz Wild Roots Spirits Peach Infused Vodka

6 oz Portland Cider Co. Mango Mimosa

Optional Garnish: Fresh slice of lime

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixer and stir. Pour over your ice-filled glass of choice and garnish with a fresh lime slice.
