Pineapple Rosé Mezcalarita

What better way to celebrate #NationalTequilaDay but with a refreshing Pineapple Rosé Mezcalarita in the sun ☀️

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz of Mezcal

  • A couple mint sprigs

  • Juice from one lime

  • 6 oz of Pineapple Rosé

HOW TO:


1. Prep your glass rim: Cut a lime wedge and moisten the rim of your glass with it. In a shallow bowl place glass into salt or Tajin for a kick 🌶️
2. Add lime juice & mint to your shaker - muddle mint - then add ice & mezcal. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds 🌱
3. Pour cider into shaker and stir 🍎
4. Strain into your glass 🍹.
5. Garnish with mint or a pineapple wedge 🍍
