Pot of Gold Cider Cocktail

It’s officially St. Patty’s day weekend and waiting for you at the end of the rainbow is our Pot of Gold cider cocktail! We’ve combined Portland Cider’s Original Gold cider with Portland Syrups Yuzu syrup for the perfect festive bevvy to celebrate. 

The inspo for this pot of gold is our Original Gold, Portland Cider’s most award winning cider, with over 10 gold medals to its name. It’s juicy, apple-forward and delightfully scrumptious. Portland Syrups Yuzu syrup brings a refreshing burst of citrus, pairing excellently with the cider.

Pot of Gold

Ingredients

.5 oz Portland Syrups Yuzu Syrup

1.5 oz of your favorite Vodka

6 oz Portland Cider Co. Original Gold

Optional but FUN: edible green glitter & Airheads rainbow belts to grarnish

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Pour over your ice-filled glass of choice and garnish.
