Tequila Cider Slushie

There’s no better way to kick off the first day of summer than with a cider slushie! This delicious, minimal-step recipe is the perfect treat to beat the heat. The Tequila Cider Slushie, created by our friend Val (@cocktialswithval on Instagram) is a creative twist to a classic cocktail on the rocks. Made with our brand new small batch cider, Agave Sunshine, contributing notes of mango, vanilla, bright necratrine and silky tequila. 

Tequila Cider Slushie

Ingredients

4-5 cubes of frozen Agave Sunshine cider

1 oz simple syrup or agave

1 oz lime juice

1 oz tequila

(Optional garnish: lime wheel & edible flower)

Directions

Pour Agave Sunshine cider into your ice tray and freeze. Into a blender, add cider ice cubes, simple syrup, lime juice, tequila & blend until smooth. Pour slushie into your cup of choice, garnish, and enjoy!
