Holiday In The Sun - Strawberry Pineapple Cider Cocktail

Enjoying sunshine is a state of mind! No bags are required to travel to a tropical destination with our ‘Holiday In The Sun’ cider cocktail. With just one sip, our newest year-round release - Strawberry Pineapple brings you to warmer places. The fresh fruits included in this cocktail leave you wanting more.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Rum of your choice

  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur

  • Juice from 1 lime wedge, add more to taste

  • Unsweetened Coconut Cream

  • 6 oz Strawberry Pineapple Cider

  • Cut Pineapple wedges

  • Strawberries for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Muddle pineapple wedges at the bottom of your glass

  2. Add rum, orange liqueur, and squeeze lime juice into the glass, and stir

  3. Froth unsweetened coconut cream using a frother or blender, if too thick add a little bit of coconut milk

  4. Add ice for yummy pineapple chunks in your beverage OR strain your glass with pineapple and the liquor into a full glass of ice

  5. Add Strawberry Pineapple CIder, leave room for cream

  6. Add frothed cream to the top of the beverage

  7. Garnish with strawberries

OPTIONAL:

Rim the glass with toasted coconut flakes, use coconut cream as the rim base
