Did you know that cider is not just a refreshing and delicious beverage, but also an excellent ingredient?
As part of Oregon Cider Week, Portland Cider Company will be hosting a cooking class taught by Chef Theron, who will walk guests through the exciting and fun ways to cook with cider, with a Cajun twist!
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and help in preparing 4 different courses: appetizer, salad, main entree and dessert, all while tasting ciders and learning about pairing cider with your meals from head cider maker, Deron Davenport.
Tickets are $50 a person and we only have 16 seats available, so we do expect it to sell out fast!
