Appreciate the traditions and culture of growing apples and fermenting cider with a truly authentic Pacific Northwest, tree-to-glass weekend experience. Attendees are welcome to join for one, two, or all three days of feasting, tasting and celebration.

Harvest Dinner and Festival Kick Off - 6:00PM-9:00PM - $30
Fundraiser for the Jefferson Clemente Foundation
Kicking off at 6PM with local apples, Mt, Townsend Cheese, Hamma Hamma Oysters and delicious local ciders on tap! Then for the main course we have wild caught, smoke baked coho salmon from Cape Cleare; prepared by our very own Larry Dennison. Lela Hilton is preparing a local apple & squash dish and Grace Love from Nadines' Kitchen is doing her famous soul food greens. Delicious local ciders on tap from Finnriver, Eaglemount and Alpenfire. Delicious fresh and artisan crafted foods and beverages, live music and handmade crafts. Also featuring Apple and Cider themed chef demos with the one and only Arran Stark.

Cider Saloon - 1:00PM-5:00PM - $30
Featuring 40+ regional hard ciders, apple tempura, cider pressing, live music and celebration! Participating cideries include: Finnriver, Dragon's Head, Alpenfire, Portland Cider Company, Eaglemount, Nashi Orchards, Schilling Hard Cider, Ole Swede, Herb's Cider and Admiralty Distillers. Tickets include festival shot glass and 10 cider tastings. Western attire encouraged!

A multi-course Family Style meal with Sommelier-selected pairings from local craft cideries, this menu will feature Locally sourced cheeses with apple confiture, Buttercup Squash Bisque with roasted apple curry, Applewood smoked bacon braised brussels sprouts with Nash’s pork loin, and a baked caramel apple to finish.

Renowned PNW baking pioneers and cookbook authors, Julie Richardson of Baker & Spice and Piper Davis of Grand Central Bakery offer a cider donut pop-up with Chimacum-grown flour. All proceeds to benefit the Community Wellness Project, a local non-profit working on school nutrition and gardens. Support local youth nutrition while enjoying a delicious donut!
