The second annual Pressing Matters Proper Cider and Real Ale Festival showcases some of the best ciders and cask beers being made in Cascadia. We've asked cidermakers to bring only ciders made from full-flavoured bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples. There will be performances by the Bridgetown Morris Men and more.
