A Perfectly Portland Cocktail Collab

We love our hometown of Portland—it’s got everything! Beautiful views, forested hikes, fragrant roses, great entertainment, world-class food… And there’s nothing like a pairing of two Portland brands to make something wonderful together. We like to look close to home for our team-ups, and a cocktail blending Wild Roots Spirits with Portland Cider is a perfect match. 

Wild Roots is known for its award-winning, fruit-forward vodkas, and every bottle of their Huckleberry Vodka is infused with a full pound of tart, juicy huckleberries, resulting in a rich, flavorful, deep purple spirit. It goes delightfully well with our crisp, slightly floral Lemon Drop Cider, creating a light, refreshing and gorgeous cocktail that’s perfect for any occasion. 

For a little extra zing, rim the glass with sugar and garnish with a lemon peel before you add the spirits.

Over a glass of ice, pour:

  • 2 oz Wild Roots Huckleberry Infused Vodka

  • 4 oz Portland Cider Co Lemon Drop Cider
