Cheers to Cider And Cheese Pairings!
The Holiday season is here and it is that special time where people are brought together through the power of food & alcohol (for those of you who are 21+).
Enjoy Portland Cider Co.’s cider with your favorite cheese or try these pairings. Here is a pairing guide to impressing your friends -
Kinda Dry & Brie
Classic Dry cider, subtle apple notes, classic English cider style,
balanced dryness – not too bitter.
Brie’s flavor is soothing, mellow with a creamy and smooth finish.
Sorta Sweet & Cheddar
Sorta sweet is apple forward (like apple juice), balanced sweet/tart – not too sweet.
Cheddar is bright & mellow with a lingering finish, flavors range from mild to sharp.
Hop’Rageous & Gouda or Triple Creams
Hop’rageous features Citra™ & Amarillo hops for a juicy but semi-dry finish.
Triple Creams are dense, soft, smooth with straightforward and rich flavor.
Pineapple Rosé & Blue Cheese or Alpine Style

blended with Kinda Dry & NW blueberries.
Blue Cheese & Alpine-style cheese feature a rich aroma and distinct flavor profile.
Concord Grape & Aged Italian

and fresh-pressed Concord Grapes.
Aged Italian - Flavor intensifies in cheeses that are aged creating a rich full-bodied cheese.

NW Peaches, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries with our Kinda Dry.
